What are your hours?

We are open from 800am to 400pm Monday through Friday.  We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.  

How do I pick up my items?

We are open for pickups from 800am to 400pm Monday through Friday.  If you are unable to pick up during those hours, we offer express local delivery to those customers located within 60 miles of our facility.  If you would like to use the local delivery option,  please email your request to service@phxauctionco.com.

How long do I have to pick up my items? 

We will hold paid items for approximately 7 days following the close of the auction.  The auction closes each Thursday and we will hold your items until the end of the following weekend.  We do not hold unpaid items.  If you do not pick up your items within the specified time frame, your items will go back on the auction and you will not be offered a refund.

What if I need shipping? 

If you need your item to be shipped, you must send an email to service@phxauctionco.com with your name, bidder ID, and lots won following the close of the auction.  We process shipping items on the Tuesday and Wednesday following the auction.  Please refer to our shipping terms and conditions for more information. 

What if I need to use a different card for shipping or need my items shipped to a different address?

In order to protect our bidders and minimize the potential for fraud, we only charge shipping to the card on file with HiBid and we only ship to the verified billing address on file.  If you intend to bid on items for shipment, please ensure your profile includes the correct address and payment card.  Any items not shipped due to issues with addresses or payment methods will be considered abandoned and a refund will not be issued.

How much will it cost to ship my items?

We do not provide shipping quotes prior to shipping the item.  We have negotiated rates through UPS and will ship via the least expensive method to get your item to you.  Items valued over $500 will be shipped with insurance.  You can get approximate costs by using one of several online shipping calculators.

What if I have a problem with my item?

At PHX Auction Company, our goal is to provide the most accurate and consistent auction listings in the liquidation industry.  Despite our best efforts, the nature of our business requires us to inspect thousands of items each week and we cannot catch every issue.  When bidding in a liquidation auction, it is possible there will be minor variations between the listing and the product you receive.  You can minimize this possibility by carefully reading the description on the lot, and reviewing all photos.  If you would like to look at a lot prior to bidding you are welcome to stop by our warehouse during viewing hours.  Please understand that bidding in a liquidation auction carries risk.  For the opportunity to save 50% or more off of an item’s retail cost, it is necessary to do your due diligence to ensure you know what you are buying.

OUR GUARANTEE:

If our listing contains an error that materially affects the value of the item placed for auction, we will provide a refund once the item has been returned to our warehouse within 7 Days of the end of the auction.  Some common reasons why an item may be returned are:

·  The listing indicated the item was new and it was used

·  The listing contained information about the wrong product

·  The listing indicated the item was undamaged, and it was significantly damaged

The following are some common listing issues that DO NOT qualify for our listing guarantee:

·  The item was missing hardware/accessories, including chargers

·  The item had different dimensions than the listing indicated.

·  The item was a different color than the listing indicated.

·  The item has minor damage not that does not significantly affect the value/function of item.

If you have an issue with your item that qualifies for our 7 day listing guarantee, please return your item to our warehouse within 7 days of the end of the auction.
